SHIPPING?
I no longer will ship puppies without carry on. If you desire to have a puppy shipped by
airline, you will have to either fly in yourself to pick up the puppy or pay a courier to fly with
the puppy as a carry on. The reasons for not shipping puppies as cargo are because
weather conditions can cause delays at times. Sometimes there could be a delay or lay
over until the next morning in which your baby will be transferred to an authorized kennel
for the night and shipped out on the next morning flight. While the baby is at this kennel
they will water, feed, and clean the kennel for the following day trip, but they will not offer
veterinary care if the pup should get travel sickness or should become hypoglycemic from
not eating and/or stress vomiting and diarrhea which can also cause a serious health
risk. I ship to the closest international airport from my home to yours. I will make all the
arrangements for the flight and the fee for this will be $250.00.
WHAT FOOD DO YOU FEED?
In the past I have been fed nature select delivered roght to your fromt dppr . and find it to
be an excellent form of nutrition. I also give Nutri-Cal which is a high energy vitamin
supplement. The teacup puppies need additional instructions on feeding and nutrition
which will be discussed with you when you decide to purchase one of teacups.
WHAT SIZE WILL MY PUPPY BE?
I try very hard to give an accurate weight.. I approximate adult wieght from a previous litter
from the same parents. Along with a calculation of in 8 weeks they may double in size. I
have not yet been far off with the weight and size.
ARE YOUR PUPPIES SOLD WITH A FULL REGISTRATION?
You puppy will have a limited registration only. This means your puppy is purchased with
the understanding that he or she is purchased as a pet/companion only.
I have spent several years developing my line and I don't wish to have the offspring of my
females bred to an outside line. It works like a patent. I retain that right as a Professional
Breeder. Your certified registration papers will be mailed to you after the pup is spayed or
neutered by the 6th month of age. Your Vet will have to mail proof that this puppy was
spayed or neutered. Have them mail this directly to Yorkie Palace to receive the
registrationpapers. Please be advised that your Vet should only use Isoflourane (ISO) or
Sevoflourane (SEVO) gas anesthetic. It does not have to be metabolized by the liver
and kidneys and recovery is a lot less traumatic for the puppy. They just wake up as if
they were just taking a nap. If your veterinarian is not using one of these two gas
anethetics, then they are not up to date with their medicine so you may want to
consider choosing another vet that does.
MICRO-CHIPPING
Microchipping is a one time fee of approximately $55.00 if you would like to have this
done. This can also be done when you have your puppy spayed or neutered. I highly
reccomend this procedure because it is the only way to keep your pet from being
euthanized (put to sleep) if lost and taken to a shelter. Please make sure to update the
information with the microchipp monitoring company as you move and always list another
source to reach you. I would recomend your vet. They may never move and also have all of
your pets records so if your pet is on medications they will inform the shelter to provide
them to your yorkie until you are able to rescue them.
CROWDING TEETH
My puppy has not lost his baby teeth and is causing crowding. What should I do?
Some puppies retain their puppy teeth and need to be removed. A good time to do this is
at the time your puppy is being neutered or spayed. Puppies and adult dogs need dental
exams and cleaning once every year. One way to save on vet bills is to brush your dogs
teeth everyday. Lets face it, teeth are teeth and they need to be brushed just as we do our
own. Keeping the teeth free from plaque prevents decay and other health problems
associated with dental disease like kidney, heart, and liver diseases.
